Our next stop was Granville Island! And I was not expecting to be stuck in traffic for half an hour just to get to our desired parking lot, but it was all worth it at the end. As we started to walk around, we noticed that the market was hosting a boat show! Bailey couldn't go down to the dock area so we stayed on land and looked from above, and I must say those boats were beautiful!
After our nice stroll around the market, we headed over to our sister's apartment for a quick visit as well as to let Bailey have her late afternoon nap (I find that if you don't let Bailey have her nap, she gets a bit grumpy...). Evidently, Bailey enjoyed our time together as she was found passed out in the middle of the room.

Around the City
A few weeks back, Bailey and I had a girls day. We started the day by going into the village for some coffee (more like hot chocolate) then headed over to Bailey's favourite store, the Three Dog Bakery. I can never seem to say no to Bailey when she requests for treats and bones! Bailey even had an admirer come into the store just to say hi and give her a full body rub!

Coffee Breaks
Only when the weather permits, and you know how Vancouver can be, Bailey and I love to meet friends for coffee. Just recently we met up with my sister as she rode into the village for a break. The weather was so sneaky that neither of us were prepared for the windy and chilly weather that sneaked up behind the sun. Bailey on the other hand LOVED the cold weather!

Sweet Dreams
I don't believe it when they say that dogs don't dream because I've witnessed Bailey move her paws as if she's running and bark during her sleep. And just the other night, I noticed that she was smiling while asleep! She was probably fantasizing about rawhides, steak, cookies, cakes and all sorts of delicious and sweet treats!
